Measure Weight, Cost, and CO2-e
Granular reporting of waste, cost and CO2-e emissions by kitchen, date, shift, waste type, food type and food item. Full reporting and dashboard analysis including benchmarking. Disposal reporting also included.
Food Expiry Labelling System
Produce food expiry labels for preparred food inlcudung Use By, Freezer and Defrost labels. Shelflife data is stored in the database eliminating the need to remeber dates or refer to external tables.
